研究方向
擅长计算生物学/生物信息学问题的算法设计,生物信息学软件设计,算法、近似算法设计与计算复杂性证明。长期从事算法与计算复杂性研究,主要针对生物信息学,计算机网络及经典计算机科学问题开展算法研究。1990-1996年曾从事神经网络学习算法研究。
